tuesday track training
Track&Field Poly50 training!
amazingly, we did 20 sets of 200m intervals runs. my god. i completed. hahaha. i still remember around 3-4weeks ago, i train with the seniors on a saturday, i cant even complete 5 sets of 200m interval. lol...impressive. proud of myself. the intervals timing today were around 35s and 36s. not too bad.
still very awake now, jus that legs are a bit tired. jus a bit. hahaha. hope to see more MIT poly50 participants coming down to train with us. so far, still alright. seeing CLS training so hard, i dont think we can lag anywhere behind!!
