Track&Field IVP training/trials will start once Poly50 finish!! Yea.. and a piece of good and bad news today!
good news that the Track&Field Event this year will be held in SINGAPORE POLYTECHNIC!!
bad news is that it will start on the mid/end of SEPTEMBER, which means i have to doubled up my training and improve really really fast!
